Accreditation
Yeshiva Atlanta is a Modern Orthodox Jewish high school with grades 9-12. Yeshiva Atlanta is fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Southern Association of Independent Schools.
General Facts
Students are instructed in a wide selection of courses in General Studies and Judaics. The dual curriculum includes numerous honors and advanced placement courses. Operating on the semester system, the school day is divided into ten periods. Yeshiva Atlanta admits any Jewish student regardless of race, color, national or ethnic origin.

Student Teacher Ratio
One of the school's great sources of pride is its small teacher to student ratio, averageing one to every fifteen. Schoolwide, there is a ratio of one professional staff member for every 5 students.
Honors
Honors classes are available in all General Studies courses, as well as advanced level Judaic classes. Students are placed in these classes by teacher recommendation and with parental apporval. Sudents in any or all honor classes must be prepared to increase their workload and be held to a higher grading standard.
Grading Policy
The faculty monitors students' progress by issuing report cards at both midterm and the completion of each semester. Yeshiva Atlanta calculates students' Grade Point Average at the end of each school year, and updates the average after the first semester of the 12th grade. The General Studies GPA is based on all credits in general studies courses in English, Math, Social Studies, Science, and Foreign Language.
